Tespo Health® Go-Lid

Gen 2 Pods are a bit larger and are gray in color with a sticker label. Gen 2 Pods will NOT work in the silver Gen 1 Dispenser. They are only compatible with the Tespo Health® Dispenser.

Gen 1 Pods are shorter and brightly colored. Gen 1 pods WILL work in both the Gen 1 Dispenser and the Tespo Health® Dispenser.

The Tespo Health® Dispenser is incredibly easy to use!

1. Fill the water tank with clean tap or bottled water. The water level indicator on top of your dispenser will glow green.

2. Ensure that your cup is inserted on the magnetic mixing pad.

3. Insert your vitamin pod into the dispenser, push the glowing green button, and watch the magic happen!

You can use the Go-Lid and mix your vitamins manually, however, we highly recommend using the Tespo Health® Dispenser for the best vitamin experience.

Your dispenser knows what pod you've inserted and expertly mixes the perfect dose each and every time. Plus, when you connect to the Tespo Health® app, you can track your intake and set daily reminders, so all you have to do is:

1. Push button.

2. Drink your vitamins.

3. Take on the day!

Before you connect your dispenser to the Tespo Health® App, you'll need to download the app and create an account.

1. Once you sign in, the screen will read “Welcome to Tespo Health. Let’s connect your dispenser.”

2. Click Connect Dispenser. If you have connected a dispenser in the past, click on the gear icon (⚙) and go to Settings. You can add your new dispenser here.

3. Click Add New Dispenser. The app will search for your Tespo Health® Dispenser.

4. Once the dispenser has been located, click Connect. The app will begin searching for your WiFi network.

Important Note: Most internet routers are split between 2G and 5G. Please ensure you choose your 2G WiFi network. The dispenser will NOT work with your 5G network.

5. When your WiFi network has been detected, please enter your WiFi network password.

6. That’s it! Your Tespo Health® App and Tespo Health® Dispenser will connect in a few moments.

Tespo Vitamins® products are produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Each product has a different shelf life. Please note the Manufacturing Date (MFG) found on every pod.

Bioavailability refers to how your body absorbs and uses vitamins. Binding agents and fillers that make up pills and gummies can hinder bioavailability - so we never use them. Just free-form, powdered ingredients mixed in a perfect liquid dose.
